Social Groups are a special feature on the Hive Workshop, in which members of the community gather in the different groups for different reasons. Most groups are simply for socializing over a specific topic, others for working in projects, and some are made for roleplaying.
Social groups can be categorized into 7 different categories; Gaming, Modding, Multimedia, Programming, Structure, Threads and Uncategorized. There was once also a Role Playing-category, but it was removed by Pharaoh_, as announced in the thread Social Groups & Roleplaying Category, and all groups in this category were moved to the uncategorized category instead.
Notable groups
- Naga Fans - the group with the most current members (287).
- Resistance Against the Cake Crusade (RACC) - the group with the most current discussions (32), another active roleplaying group.
- The Dark Prophecy - the group with the most current messages (42,857+).
- Random Lulzerz - the group with the most current pictures (351).
- Kaelicious - an active roleplaying group, featuring many small contests with reputation for prizes.
